I will be taking the Giants +3. With the patriots testing a new defensive system and the giants with more depth at key positions I think they will win this one without the points. The Giants have some good competition going for 2nd string RB and 3rd string WR. I wouldn't worry about the offensive line problems as preseason defensive schemes are not very complicated.
